Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects across the ATW Collective group ensuring excellence in execution client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role will manage both experiential projects and permanent installations leading multiple Producers and coordinating internal teams contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time on budget and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production or project delivery excellent organisational and leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

The role

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects across experiential activations fit-outs and permanent installations
  • Oversee and mentor Producers providing guidance clarity and performance management
  • Develop and manage overall project schedules budgets risk assessments and resource allocation
  • Ensure all projects are fully documented including permitting compliance and client approvals prior to site delivery
  • Maintain high-level client relationships acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Coordinate across internal teams external contractors suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges changes or delays
  • Ensure consistent quality and creativity across all deliveries maintaining the companys reputation for excellence
  • Lead on-site oversight for critical project phases ensuring smooth execution and problem resolution
  • Present regular project updates to management and stakeholders including progress risks and financials
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes workflows and standards

Required skills and qualifications

  • 5 years of project management experience preferably in events experiential fabrication or fit-out delivery
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of production fabrication installation and logistics processes
  • Knowledge of permitting compliance risk assessments and documentation requirements
  • Exceptional organisational planning and resource management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Ability to provide leadership mentorship and guidance to Producers and project teams
  • Strong attention to detail and quality with a focus on deadlines and budgets
  • Comfortable working on-site for project oversight when required
