Job Description:

The Human Resource Director is responsible for leading and executing the companys human resource strategy to support business goals and objectives. The HR Director will work closely with the senior leadership team to create and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead talent acquisition and management efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing and resolving workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external resources, including recruiters, employee organizations, and training providers.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and employees.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law, compensation, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
