Job Description

- Communicating with members of the healthcare team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines, available resources, and complexity of the task
- Coordinating with vendors to set up meetings with equipment suppliers and specifying equipment needs
- Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met, including HIPAA, OSHA, and FDA regulations
- Coordinating meetings with other staff members to ensure that everyone is on the same page about project details
- Preparing reports for superiors regarding project status, costs, and timelines
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that all parties are aware of project details and deadlines
- Organizing and managing resources such as human capital, materials, equipment, and supplies required to complete the project
- Coordinating with outside contractors to ensure that work is completed according to specifications
