Project and construction manager

Monitor works throughout the construction process including final handover.
Monitor the supervision consultant's performance and contractor/s' delivery.
Prepare and/or verify progress reported in various reports regarding engineering and construction activities.
Monitor and drive the technical data submission and approval process.
Identify improvements that can be achieved in the work sequence and progress of the project by all parties during the construction and delivery process.
Monitor the inspection process and identify improvements if possible.
Monitor quality, environmental, safety and occupational health performance and identify and address performance deviations.
Reviews the relevant Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health policies and manual applicable to Hill International, and ensures ongoing compliance with these requirements while working for Hill.
Perform other duties as instructed by the Senior Project Manager and/or Project Manager.
Required profile of candidates

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant projects/sites, including complex construction projects and knowledge in dealing with local authorities in Abu Dhabi.
In addition, experience in dealing with a distinguished architect. Dealing with first-class contracting organizations is essential.
He has a proven track record as a site-related manager on construction and delivery projects.
Managing inspections, class models, models and quality samples.
