Job Description

  • Organize, attend and participate in project meeting, facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes of meeting to all project members.
  • Ability to Multi-TaskAbility to prioritize and can work under pressure
  • Organise Ability to prepare Presentations and use VISIO would be preferable
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meeting.
  • Providing administration support as needed and undertake project tasks as required
  • Ensuring the project is adhered to the framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for the project
  • Produce document progress reports for Planning and Budgets
  • Conduct regular reviews and documentation.
  • Ensuring documents are shared at ley times to facilitate timely project completion
  • Creating project Management calendar for fulfilling the objective of the individual project teams
  • Coordinating with different department for various project plan activities and their updates
  • Maintaining the PMC Master Tracker, which includes CV submission, rejection, MMR, authorised candidate status, and joiners, among other things
  • A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
