- 7-12 years of experience in managing development projects and evaluations
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide advice and guidance in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrated expertise in impact evaluation, including familiarity with IE methodologies as well as experience with large-scale surveys and data collection.
- Experience writing and managing performance reports, including drafting quarterly and annual performance reports and work plans
- Experience with managing donors
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide advice and guidance in a timely fashion
- Experience in managing teams is essential, as well as experience in a multicultural environment.
