PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Develop, implement, and manage cultural programs and initiatives in accordance with the organization's objectives and values.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for cultural content creation and activation.

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and promotion of cultural events, exhibitions, workshops, and performances.

Research and stay updated on cultural trends, traditions, and practices relevant to the target audience.

Cultivate relationships with artists, performers, cultural institutions, and community leaders to enhance program offerings and outreach.

Monitor program effectiveness and participant feedback to continuously improve and refine cultural programming.

Maintain accurate records, budgets, and documentation related to program activities and expenditures.
