PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Develop implement and manage cultural programs and initiatives in accordance with the organizations objectives and values.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for cultural content creation and activation.

Coordinate logistics scheduling and promotion of cultural events exhibitions workshops and performances.

Research and stay updated on cultural trends traditions and practices relevant to the target audience.

Cultivate relationships with artists performers cultural institutions and community leaders to enhance program offerings and outreach.

Monitor program effectiveness and participant feedback to continuously improve and refine cultural programming.

Maintain accurate records budgets and documentation related to program activities and expenditures.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Cultural Studies Arts Management Event Planning or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or cultural event management.

Demonstrated understanding of social and cultural dynamics particularly within the UAE or Gulf region.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Arabic.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Creativity adaptability and a passion for promoting cultural exchange and understanding.
