Program Manager

• completion of projects within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, designers, functional departments and other relevant teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize basic SQL and data skills to analyze project metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Proactively initiate and drive improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager at a high-growth tech company.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Technical background with basic SQL and data skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results and a "get things done" attitude.
