As a Hotel Reservations Agent you will be working in our Premier Inn hotel in the back of the house. Passionate about customer service responsible for providing a quality end to end service for the hotel, often working with repeat customers and building rapport with them through their bookings.
What will I be doing?
- Working within Front Office team to answer emails following the brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer services and effectively and professionally manage all reservations for customers.
- Book and manage reservations through Opera System.
- Ensure that the system and booking documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Possess guest service skills and excellent communication skill.
- Detailed & Customer service orientated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, CRS systems is an added advantage.
- Advanced English language.
Experience
- You will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in Reservation department of a branded hotel.
- High School Diploma preferred.
