Job Description
Education and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
A Master's degree in project management, business administration, or related field may be preferred.
Experience:
At least 2 years of project or program management experience, including experience in a leadership role.
Experience in implementing complex programs and managing multiple work teams.
Artistic skills:
Deep knowledge of project and program management concepts and practices.
Ability to analyze data and provide relevant reports and recommendations.
Technical knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Personal skills:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct work teams.
