Develop a needs assessment process & create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.

Determine and maintain the knowledge necessary for the operation of ADVETI processes and assess the competence of staff that affects the performance and the quality systems.

Ensure that staff are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training and experience.

Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training.

Conduct training needs assessments and propose methods to close the performance gaps.

Oversee the complete training cycle.

Provide Support to and Advise managers new ways to resolve performance issues using the organization’s performance management tools.

Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.

Supervising the development of UAE National recruits in accordance with the approved work plans and mechanisms

Support Emiratization Programs
