• Analyze production targets and breakdown into objectives for each workstation per shift - planning and organizing the shift employees in achieving daily production targets.
• Monitor and ensure that all personnel adhere to work instructions and procedures.
• Responsible for optimizing machine efficiencies, controlling wastage, determining, and analyzing yield.
• Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes.
