- Works together with local commercial and management team to optimize the supply-demand balance br Follows up on product availability for End of Month rush orders and possible impact on accuracy of sales forecast amp target for the current month br Oversees the detailed tracking of the import amp export quantities of all products to ensure compliance with all local regulations br GENERIC Responsibilities br Main activities br Individual performance br Fulfillment the daily activities as well as the annual projects according to the established performance level br Continuous improvement HOS br Responsible for kaizen process for the team br Contributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department s performance or company s performance identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department s activities Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company
