Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment according to standard operating procedures.

• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Document production and quality data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes.
• Continuously strive for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required technical/vocational training preferred or above.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferably in pharmaceutical production.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
• Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to stand lift and move objects up to 50lbs.
