- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory requirements.
- Plan and coordinate production activities, including ingredient procurement, mixing, baking, and packaging, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Supervise and train production staff, including bakers, mixers, oven operators, and packaging personnel, to ensure adherence to recipes, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, and SQF.
