Production Engineer

One of our esteemed clients in the ship building industry is currently seeking a Production Engineer to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview:

As a Production Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing production processes for shipbuilding and maritime projects. Your experience in production engineering shipbuilding and your deep understanding of the maritime industry will be instrumental in ensuring efficient production and highquality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans schedules and resource allocation to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes including cutting welding machining and assembly.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the quality and specifications of manufactured components meet industry standards.
• Manage production resources including equipment materials and manpower to meet project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities including work orders production schedules and quality inspections.
• Evaluate and improve production processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the production area and promote a culture of safety among the workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Engineer in the shipbuilding or maritime industry.
• Proficiency in production planning manufacturing processes quality control and resource management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials used in shipbuilding.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Top Tech Colleges
• 23 years of work experience
• Should be fluent in English (minimum IELTS band score of 7 or equivalent)
• We are specifically seeking candidates who are Saudi Arabian nationals for this position.
