- Bachelor's degree or above, IT implementation experience is preferred；
- Familiar with ERP-related products (Financial system, Procurement system, Legal system, etc.), more than 3 years of experience in system implementation and operation;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to promote collaborative success.
