- Bachelor's degree or above, at least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products;
- Not limited to accepting and delivering requirements, focusing on industry trends, proactively planning product development, possessing a global vision, effectively communicating with other teams within the company, and jointly promoting business progress;
- Capable of handling product requirement analysis and product design work independently.Able to provide guidance for sub-products;
- With 0-1 project management experience, capable of independently planning and managing complex cross-department projects, familiar with internet product design and development processes, and able to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches;
- Strong sense of ownership, innovation, self-driven and a results-focused mentality; and be able to reach challenging goals in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skill ; Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be open-minded, and a good sense of teamwork.
