Procurement Specialist

For our client situated in Brussels and active in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be in charge of managing the company’s supply of products and services.

Tasks Of The Procurement Specialist

• Creating and maintaining the supplier’s data base;
• Strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers;
• Negotiating prices, delays, payment terms;
• Managing the fleet;
• Maintaining the building;
• Allocating costs;
• Conducting regular audits;
• Discovering the best ways to reduce procurement expenses.
  

Profile Of The Procurement Specialist

• Fluent in French and English;
• Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement;
• Talent in negotiations and networking;
• High aptitude in decision-making;
• Capacity to take initiatives;
• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
