Raw Material Procurement Support Executive
Receive contracts from sellers and review them. Get them signed by signatories.
Open a file for each contract and make a checklist.
Update complete order details in the tracking sheet.
Monitor the tracking sheet and the checklist and follow up with suppliers for getting timely information about cargo loading, shipping details, cargo movement, preparation of documents etc.
Update all the information in the tracking list and circulate among the stakeholders.
