Hire Resolves client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Procurement Officer in the UAE.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Procurement
- 5 years procurement experience in UAE construction particularly infrastructure/road/highway/utility projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers materials markets and technical specification verification
- Procurement experience with asphalt/bituminous products aggregates road marking/safety products drainage/utility materials concrete/precast elements geotextiles reinforcement steel pipes and fittings
