- Strategically manage the procurement of capital materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and MBCC policies.
- Oversee the entire purchase requisition process for non-stock and capital items, from initiation to approval, ensuring clarity and accuracy in specifications.
- Lead the bid evaluation process, ensuring that bids are solicited from approved suppliers whenever possible and that proposals meet MBCC's quality and cost expectations.
