FineView Marketing (FVM) is looking for a Web Designer to join our growing marketing FVM is a full-service, client-based marketing agency that provides digital marketing services including web design, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for self-storage, RV park, and commercial real estate
As our Web Designer you will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with our client You will work closely with the client marketing team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best ;

Major Responsibilities:
- Creating user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs and widgets for our digital assets
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flow and target links for landing pages
- Creating unique graphic designs ( images, sketches and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems ( responsiveness)
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and external developers to ensure delivery of tailored experiences
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into designs to enhance user experience
- Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industry s most recent trends and innovations
- Design and execute projects efficiently and accurately, manage a portfolio of websites, and handle tight deadlines
- Conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans
- Attend design and business strategy meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of web design experience for digital services
- Proven experience with graphic design and web design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent written communication capabilities
- Proven ability to work within brand guidelines to create compelling content and user experience
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suites
- Understanding of designing websites for WordPress
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS (SCSS), and frontend design styling
- Must be able to work independently on multiple projects and complete tasks by their deadlines
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Must work well under pressure
- Must have a strong focus on clients success
- Enjoy problem solving and finding out-of-the-box solutions
