Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in the civil construction industry.
- Experience in purchasing for large-scale, complex, and fast-paced construction projects.
- Knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, and supplier risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English is required while knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
