Procurement Manager - Retail Operations

• Benchmark the previous spend on assets in all format.
• Benchmark the projected sales of concepts with actual sales Vs. asset spend.
• Review and record the max. productivity of assets Vs max. sales of the product.
• Review the layout with commercial team and understand the need.
• Quantification and optimization of required assets.
• Conduct the annual spend analysis and procurement planning exercise for MAF Retail to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency by understanding the commercial need
  

Implementation - Material and Services Delivery

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to users and that users are kept fully informed of any possible delays which may affect the delivery of their material
• Manage receipt and inspection of materials in coordination with respective users to ensure compliance to quality and quantity
• Monitor on an ongoing basis, the overall management of assets, to ensure assets are being managed and maintained as per guidelines and quality standards
• Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of department assets
