The Procurement Manager may also be involved in addressing post award matters on as need basis.
Lead the process of developing the Pre-qualification documents, PMC Proposals in coordination with others within the PMC Team, relating to Construction Contracts.
Leading the process of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Develop a Risk Register for all Contractual and Commercial matters, and liaise with other stakeholders in the development of a Risk Register for all technical matters, including but not limited to Technical issues, Schedule issues etc.
Respond to Tender Queries related to Contractual & Commercial matters, and coordinate with others stakeholders in responding to all other matters (Technical, Schedule, etc.)
