- Assist Procurement Manager: Provide direct support to the Procurement Manager in implementing the
procurement strategy and plan.
- Vendor Communication: Maintain regular communication with suppliers and service providers to gather
information, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation and Records: Help maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts,
purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure that all documentation complies with the project procurement
