Job Description

- Assist procurement manger in all day to day procurement activities
- Assist the Developing and aligning of procurement policies and plans
- Assist in Creating bidders long list Send questioners to bidders for prequalification process
- Assist in PQQ Assessment
- Assist in Preparing the RFP documents ,based on the type of required work Prepare and update several procurement logs and trackers sheets
- Assemble the tender documents ,by coordinating with several concern parties ,to ensure that the latest documents to be issued
- Prepare the letter of invitation Fill and signed the RFP check list before issuing to market ,confirming that all the required data are included
- Receive and Consolidate bid queries.
- Distribute the bid queries to various responders Receive and Consolidate responses
- Collect management and client approval for such responses Preparing the addendum cover letters ,include all the responses
