General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Optimization:
1. Lead the development and optimization of process designs for water treatment wastewater treatment and related infrastructure projects.
2. Conduct technical assessments feasibility studies and pilot tests to evaluate process alternatives and identify optimal solutions.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate process requirements into overall project designs and specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance:
1. Stay abreast of regulatory requirements standards and guidelines related to water and wastewater treatment processes.
2. Ensure project designs and operations comply with relevant environmental regulations health and safety standards and industry best practices.
• Technical Support:
1. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams operators and stakeholders on processrelated issues troubleshooting and optimization opportunities.
2. Conduct training sessions workshops and knowledgesharing activities to enhance understanding and competency in process operations and maintenance.
• Quality Assurance and Control:
1. Establish and implement quality assurance and control measures to monitor process performance water quality parameters and treatment efficiency.
2. Develop protocols for sampling testing and analysis of water and wastewater samples to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
1. Identify potential risks vulnerabilities and failure modes associated with process operations and infrastructure components.
2. Develop risk assessment methodologies mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize the impact of operational disruptions and ensure system reliability.
• Continuous Improvement:
1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency reliability and resilience.
2. Analyze operational data performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

• 15 years of experience.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Wellversed in project management SOPs and PMIS systems (Unifier ERP Project Costing P6 EPPM).
• Wellversed in change management and business enablement methodology implementation and execution.
