Process Optimization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Implement best practices and standards to optimize business processes.

• Provide training and support to staff on process optimization techniques.

Requirements & Skills:

• 10–15 years of experience in Process Optimization, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma.

• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or project-driven environments.
