Process Optimization Manager

We are Excel ASTRA Engineering & Construction LLC, a leading company in the Oil and Gas industry. We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Process Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying process inefficiencies, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead process optimization projects and initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.

- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for enhancement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.

- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the impact of process enhancements and drive sustainable change.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.

- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and process redesign.

- Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and digital workflow solutions.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPM, or related methodologies.

- Experience in ERP implementation or optimization projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or BPM is an advantage.

- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
