- Manage the printing press operations, including scheduling and coordinating production runs to meet client deadlines.
- Oversee the work of printing press staff, assign tasks and provide training and guidance for improvement.
- Ensure the printing press operates at maximum efficiency by conducting regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Monitor quality control standards to maintain the high-quality standards of IIQAF's prints.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key metrics to management.
