- Minimum: 10 years of relevant experience in missile design and initial system design. In-depth knowledge of aerodynamics, guidance navigation and control systems, and artificial intelligence as applied to missile technology.
- Preferred: 12+ years prior experience in the defense or aerospace industry. Published research or technical contributions in the field of Aero, Guidance, Navigation or related disciplines
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in Missile Design, Engineering, or a related field
