Principal Electrical Design Engineer

• Financial performance evaluation, cash flow monitoring and the development of corporate systems and controls,
  
• continued training and implementation of systems,

• Day-to-day management of junior finance staff, ensuring finance processing is completed within the stipulated time frames and ensuring policies, processes and procedures are adhered
  

• Overall responsibility for accounts department ensuring that processing takes place timeously to produce management reports within 6 working days of the month
  
• Ensure accuracy of all books of account including, general ledger, debtors, creditors, inventory and fixed

• Responsible to ensure weekly and monthly deadlines are met timeously, which include, month ends, weekly reports, salaries and wages, assets registers, vat returns and any requirements of ;
  
• Responsible to ensure financial reporting packs are completed within the required
  
• All tax returns are submitted on time
  

• Ensure all deadlines are met in conjunction with production staff accurately and within the deadline;
  
• Ensure all fixed assets are reconciled and correct entries passed;
  
• Ensure time keeping is accurately
  
• Do all overflow accounting work required, ensuring that all areas are given quality
  
• Monitor systems and take corrective

Requirements

• degree or equivalent
  
• 5 Years accounting experience
