We are seeking an experienced Vessel Fabricator with hands-on experience in pressure vessel fabrication. The ideal candidate must be well versed in nozzle fit-up nozzle orientation and marking as per approved fabrication drawings and project specifications.

• Perform fabrication and assembly of pressure vessels as per approved engineering drawings and project specifications.

• Carry out nozzle fit-up positioning alignment and installation on pressure vessel shells and heads.

• Perform nozzle orientation marking as per approved drawings nozzle orientation diagrams and reference points.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings vessel GA drawings and nozzle orientation drawings.

• Mark nozzle locations elevations angles and orientations accurately on vessel shells and heads.

• Measure and verify dimensions alignment elevations and center-to-center distances before fit-up.

• Use measuring tools and fabrication equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy.

• Coordinate with welders fitters QC inspectors and supervisors during fabrication activities.

• Ensure fit-up activities comply with approved drawings WPS requirements quality standards and project specifications.

• Rectify fit-up and dimensional discrepancies as instructed by the supervisor or QC team.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the fabrication site.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or a relevant technical discipline preferred.

• Proven hands-on experience as a Vessel Fabricator Pressure Vessel Fabricator or Mechanical Fabricator.

• Experience in pressure vessel fabrication within the oil and gas petrochemical or heavy engineering industry is preferred.

• Nozzle fit-up and alignment for pressure vessels.

• Nozzle orientation marking as per approved drawings.

• Interpretation of fabrication drawings and vessel GA drawings.

• Accurate measurement marking leveling and dimensional checking.

• Knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication practices and quality requirements.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.

• Good attention to detail and dimensional accuracy.

• Ability to follow instructions safety procedures and quality requirements.

• Experience working in a pressure vessel manufacturing or fabrication workshop.

Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in nozzle fit-up and orientation marking for pressure vessels. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant oil and gas fabrication experience.
