- To be the point of contact with ServiceNow team and align with them on the business plan and other related activities Provide technical leadership for the portfolio of applications and features of ServiceNow Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture as well as best practices. Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of Enterprise customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis Work with sales team on new business to understand customer objectives and provide continuity for architecture and roadmap Demonstrations of the product standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers Understand customer requirements, translate to solutions and communicate to clients Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with our client s business problems
