- Participate in the technical delivery of enterprise-grade projects from start to finish.
- Provide expert guidance in technical solution architecture.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members.
- Work closely with project teams to design and create solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Become an industry expert in delivering Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for nonprofits and social impact teams.
- Contribute to various Digital Innovation projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Utilize workflows and forms to optimize business processes.
- Design user-friendly experiences that are both brand-compliant and powerful.
- Communicate challenges with supporting examples and evidence, making recommendations when necessary.
- Engage in leading multiple Digital Innovation projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with digital/BIM and project stakeholders, including IT managers.
- Harness interactive technology and collaboration tools to translate designs, create training materials, and develop user experiences.
- Interact with users to comprehend business processes and gather comprehensive user requirements.
- Draft and review systems specifications while adhering to functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough systems testing to ensure bug-free programs.
- Liaise with outsourcers to communicate agreed-upon requirements.
- Prepare Digital project-specific Technical Requirement Specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and implementation tasks.
- Prepare and/or review approved test plans and specifications for quality reviews.
- Create training materials and conduct user training.
- Swiftly resolve rollout issues and offer effective solutions.
- Oversee the development of software created by software partners.
- Address interface issues between different platforms.
- Assist in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of enterprise software solutions.
- Explore innovative technologies and evaluate their relevance.
- Conceptualize how modern technology can enhance product value.
