Core Responsibilities:
• Process policy issuance and endorsement (Addition, Deletion, Amendments)
• Process monthly reconciliation
• Attends general queries through email and phone calls
• Monitor the automation process if successful and report in case technical issues
Pre-requisites:
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
• Good hands on experience working on Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Strong analytical skills
• Smart thinker
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical operations
