PMO Consultant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deploying the BA PMO methodology tools and templates across the different functions under the DCEO
• Supporting preparations for the Change Management Forum (CMF) and for Program
• Operating Meetings (POM) to take place periodically with the various Business Activation functions
• Monitoring the implementation plans of the projects across the different functions under the DCEO and capturing / tracking related project information using various
• Providing the DCEO with a visibility over the performance of the projects associated with the different functions under the DCEO
• Utilizing project management tools such as Asana
• Tracking of progress of improvement opportunities that were identified from the previous project for Business Activation and process assessment
• Assessing progress reports from the Business Activation leadership along with identifying additional improvement opportunities
• Knowledge transfer including templates processes policies and workshops for any handover if required. The resources are to use NEOM issued laptops

RESOURCE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERTISE:

• Project management certificates (PMP P3o Prince2 etc)
• Finance and investment certification (CFA CPA CAIA CFP)
