Job Purpose
To provide account administration and support to the Platinum Benefits team. Develop a detailed understanding of the Customer Journey with a focus on providing meaningful customer insights and analytics. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to support continuous customer service engagements through content / account management and enhance customer engagement for the department.
Qualifications & Experience
Administration.General administration : 5+ Years
12 Years Schooling Or Equivalent
Knowledge/skills: - Experience in Product Management or Partnership Account Management preferred - Customer Relationship management is essential - Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - Strong analytical and numerical skills and proficient in use of various Microsoft Office packages - Knowledge in P&L would be an advantage
