Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Oversee and manage all aspects of the plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Manage and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
