ROJECT PLANNING MANAGER SalaryAED Per Month Flights & Medical This Project is Valued at Over 1 Billion AED and will be one of the must exclusive & luxurious 5 * Hotels in Dubai when delivered. We have dealt with this business for 16 Years and can describe them as first class in what they do. Our client wants a Project Planning Manager that is able to see the bigger picture. We want someone that sees beyond the baseline program and can see risk before its an issue. This person will understand how to work with a client to ensure that all obstacles are removed to ensure that progress and profitability occurs for both client and contractor. They have 45 Years in business and are seen as one of the most capable main contractors in the Middle East. Do you have a track record on 1/2 Billion AED Type projects within the Buildings sector for Main Contractors The following is 100% crucial for this employer: Communication skills ( Forget the sir/madam approach or interested as this grates the client more than us) Analytical and methodical approach to work Sounds Technical & Engineering background Commercial awareness of the program and profitability Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner . No ego or over delegating needed! Ideally you will have been involved with a Major 5* Hotel in the UAE or GCC for a reputable client and will understand all the challenges people skills and stakeholder management needed.

Requirements
Do you match the following criteria Do you have a track record within Tier 1 Main Contractors Do you have the communication skills to manage up down and across all sides with clients and subcontractors Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Client RE & Project Directors & Operations Managers onsite. Candidates must have prior Gulf Experience ideally in the UAE You can be based anywhere in the world as long as they understand what is needed from this role and have the track record desired This person will be able to start employment before Later February 2024 at the absolute latest
