Job Description

- Review and approve of Water Distribution Sector schedules (Baseline - Revised) in line with NWC scheduling Management Manual, PMM, Governance and Polices.
- Review, analyze and approve submitted schedules for the extension of time and grace period
- Coordinate and manage the preparation and development of schedules with consultants.
- Developing Monthly Scheduling Report for WDS with Dashboard.
- Review schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action to management.
- Monitor Schedules Updating from WDS-Business Units and track the performance of projects.
- Monitor progress and Identify deviations (progress trends) in all schedules Major Milestones and suggest possible courses of corrective action
- Working closely with the Project Team in Business Units to ensure that the schedule is realistic, complies with the Project Construction Methodology, Contractual Deliverables, and Documents
- Interface periodically with the BU planning Engineers.
- Developing Quarterly WDS projects Cashflow.
