Responsibilities include:
Review and communicate the baseline schedule of works
Support the master schedule integrating all the design and construction packages
Support in identifying and highlighting risks/conflicts and capture them in the Project Risk Register
Exercise “What if” analysis to assess the impact of each change, variation, and potential event and suggest alternative directions or mitigation actions
Help prepare employer weekly & monthly progress reports
Oversee and manage the planning and scheduling risk and issues
Identify, track and log and monitor the critical issues during the design and construction project phases
