We are Ashley Frazer Together with 30 years worth of combined experience Cofounders Ash and Tom draw on their vast specialized knowledge in recruiting for the Industrial Technology and property and construction sectors in the MENA region where they supported the growth of some of the worlds largest projects to bring you sustainable staffing solutions customized to your specific business needs and requirements.

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules resource allocation and critical milestones to meet client requirements and project objectives. Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources including personnel equipment and materials to meet project deadlines and cost objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and update risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle. Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against established schedules and budgets reporting deviations and taking corrective actions as necessary. Cost Control: Monitor project costs identify cost overruns and implement cost control measures to maintain project profitability. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope schedule and budget ensuring that they are properly documented approved and communicated to all stakeholders. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Provide insights on project performance and areas requiring improvement. Documentation: Maintain accurate project records including contracts change orders and other projectrelated documents. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of planning and project control professionals fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Bachelors degree in Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and control within contracting industry. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
