As a Planning Engineer in our U&D PMT department you will be crucial in developing maintaining and overseeing project schedules ensuring alignment with project objectives. Your role involves extensive coordination with stakeholders to update accurately and manage project timelines and deliverables. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management and effective communication of project progress to senior management.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced planning software.
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather all necessary information for schedule updates.
  
• Analyze project progress and performance to identify and mitigate scheduling risks and discrepancies.
  
• Prepare detailed reports on project status and present them to management and other key stakeholders.
  
• Work closely with project team members across departments to ensure alignment with the overall project timeline and objectives.
  
• Develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans to anticipate and address potential delays.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
  
• Proven expertise in project scheduling and the use of planning software (e.g. Primavera MS Project).
  
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project information.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required by the projects.
  
• Candidates must be available for a facetoface interview in Istanbul.
