Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Planning Engineer.
- At least 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia working with an Aramco Contractor on Pipeline Projects and OMPP (Offshore Maintain Potential Projects).

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to discuss timeframes and gather and analyze project specifications and procedures.
- Monitor project progress against the project schedule identify risks and delays and provide timely updates and advisories to key stakeholders.
- Utilize specialist computer software to help keep the project on track and provide data analysis and project forecasts.
- Ensure all projects comply with Aramco standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports or proposals.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior planning engineers and other technical staff.
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement departments to align project milestones with material deliveries.

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
- Ability to lead and manage teams.
- Proven record of effective project management and results delivery.

Responsibilities: Project Management and Supervision: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Quality Control and Safety Compliance: Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Review the work progress on daily basis. Communication and Reporting: Report project progress and budget matters to clients. Communicate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements. Maintain a daily diary of the job site s operations, reporting to management as necessary. Problem Solving: Resolve any problems that may arise due to emergencies, delays, or other issues. Documentation: Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
