Job Summary
A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Civil Planner / Cost Controller to join its growing project team.
- Prepare and update baseline programmes look-ahead schedules and recovery plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Monitor project progress critical activities delays resources and procurement schedules
- Manage project budgets cost forecasts cash flow cost-to-complete and budget-versus-actual reporting
- Prepare S-curves manpower histograms progress reports and management dashboards
- Support variation claims EOT documentation quantity monitoring and subcontractor performance tracking
Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying qualification
Minimum 35 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects
Mandatory exposure to both industrial and residential projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 MS Project and Advanced Excel
Experience in planning scheduling project controls cost monitoring and progress reporting
Knowledge of BOQ quantity take-off construction sequencing resource planning and variation management
