- Own the lead handoff process and actively manage the intersection of marketing, sale development, partnership and sales
- Ensure the integrity of data and data flows in Salesforce
- Drive excellence in Deel’s Pipeline through process improvements and close collaboration and partnership with the Process and systems team
- Implement workflow / automation to reduce administrative tasks and improve efficiency
- Drive and optimise Deel’s Pipeline lead flows and lead distribution - evolving and optimising processes and developing metrics to measure and drive improvements
